Most resveratrol labels show only the larger figure. A capsule marked “600 mg” standardized to 50% delivers 300 mg of the actual compound; the same 600 mg standardized to 20% would deliver 120 mg. The standardization percentage is what you are actually buying, so we print it next to the number rather than in a footnote.

Questions we get
Why does the bottle say 60 servings but last 30 days?
Because a serving is one capsule and the suggested use is two a day. We could have called two capsules “one serving” and printed 30 — the label is written the other way, so that is how we state it.

Trans-resveratrol is the isomer studied in the research. 300 mg of it per capsule, from 600 mg of complex.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Usually yes. If you take medication — particularly blood thinners or anything metabolised by the liver — speak to your doctor first.
