These terms govern your use of meridiemlabs.com and any purchase you make from MERIDIEM LABS. By placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and shipping to an address in the 48 contiguous US states.

Our products. Our products are dietary supplements, not medicine. We may limit or cancel any order, and we may correct pricing or description errors. Prices are shown in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Subscriptions. Subscription pricing, renewal cadence, renewal reminders, and one-click cancellation are described in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these terms.

Refunds. The 60-day satisfaction guarantee is described in our Refund Policy. We do not accept physical returns; refunds are issued without requiring you to ship anything back.

Health disclaimer. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not for use if pregnant or nursing, or under 18. Consult your doctor before use if you have a thyroid or kidney condition or take any medication — ashwagandha in particular can interact with thyroid and sedative medications. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
