What “FDA registered” does not mean. It means the facility is listed with the FDA, which is required of anyone manufacturing supplements in the United States. Questions we get

When will I notice anything?
Two to four weeks for the ashwagandha, and only if it works for you at all. Magnesium is more immediate for some people and does nothing noticeable for others. Anyone promising day-one results is selling you the promise.

Do I have to take both?
No. They are sold separately for exactly that reason. The system exists because most routines cover the morning and ignore the evening, not because you are obliged to buy two things.

Can I subscribe to the system?
Not to this bundle — Shopify does not support subscriptions on bundled products. Subscribe to Ante Meridiem and Post Meridiem individually instead: it takes 30% off both and they arrive together in one package.

Is $79 cheaper than buying them separately?
Yes. Bought individually the two bottles are $88. Subscribing to both is cheaper still.

Can I take them with other supplements?
Usually, but check anything that overlaps — magnesium in particular is in many multivitamins. If you take medication, especially thyroid or sedative medication, speak to your doctor first.

What if it does not work for me?
Email us within 60 days and we refund the order. You keep both bottles — there is nothing to ship back.

Where does it ship from?
A fulfilment facility in the United States. Orders leave within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–4.
