What we collect. Name, contact details, shipping and billing address, order history, and site-usage data (cookies, analytics).

Why. To fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send marketing.

Who we share it with. Only service providers who help us operate: our payment processor, our fulfilment partner in the United States, shipping carriers, and analytics providers (GA4, Meta pixel). We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data is processed. We are based in the Republic of Korea. Information you provide is transferred to and processed in Korea and in the United States, where our fulfilment partner operates. By placing an order you consent to this transfer.

Your rights. You may access, correct, or delete your data, and opt out of sale or sharing. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may exercise these rights via “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Email and SMS. Only with your consent. Unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and pixels. Essential, analytics, and advertising (Meta, GA4). Manage them through the cookie banner.

Retention. We keep order records as long as required for tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
